Ink dropper and grey wash art. This is how I felt in 2003. A piece of me lives in this and I don’t know why. I made it on a whim. But it brought back feelings of cognitive dissonance, nostalgia, Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man, as well as my parents. It’s simple but it feels important. Which is strange because as I was making it I didn’t feel these things. I love that about creating, sometimes you don’t know what you’re looking at until it’s done.
